The property is ideally situated within 30 miles of Baltimore and Washington, DC.
Take I-95 South, approximately 15 miles from Baltimore City. Merge onto MD-32
West via Exit 38B toward Columbia. Travel 7 miles to MD-108, Exit 20 toward Clarksville. At the top of the exit,
turn left onto MD-108/Clarksville Pike. Travel 3.3 miles. Slow down and turn on your right turn signal.
Proceed slowly and travel .1 additional mile, The Sanctuary at Dellwood Springs is on your right.

Option One:
Take DC 295N
for 9 miles, crossing into Maryland. Take I-95N toward Baltimore/College Park. Travel 18 miles to Route 32W.
Travel 7 miles to MD-108, Exit 20 toward Clarksville. At the top
of the exit, turn left onto MD-108/Clarksville Pike. Travel 3.3 miles. Slow down and turn on your right turn signal.
Proceed slowly and travel .1 additional mile, The Sanctuary at Dellwood Springs is on your right.
Option Two:
Take 7th Street North, crossing
into Maryland. 7th Street will change into Georgia Avenue. Travel 19 miles and turn right on Route 108E (in Olney,
MD). Travel 5.9 miles. Slow down and turn on your left turn signal.
Proceed slowly and travel .1 additional mile, The Sanctuary at Dellwood Springs is on your left.
