About the Inn Keeper and Owner

Pat Mayes is your Innkeeper and the sole owner of The Sanctuary at Dellwood Springs. Her 37 plus years as a nurse with most of it in Hospice care, have instilled in her to make people comfortable and welcome. Retired from nursing, that dedication has extended itself into the hospitality industry where comfort of guests will leave one with fond memories of having been pampered and eager to return. Old fashioned American hospitality, quality, value and respect for privacy are Dellwood Springs greatest assets that speak to guests comfort, safety, and needs. Pat is a member of the Professional Association of Innkeepers International and subscribes to all the standards of the Bed and Breakfast industry.

Pat is also a member of the Howard County Maryland Tourism Council and able to call in many resources for your pleasure. Prior to coming to The Sanctuary at Dellwood Springs, Pat did an internship at a local Bed and Breakfast and received training in the industry from the Professional Association of Innkeepers as well as having done an internship in a 5 star restaurant to be able to feed guests healthy and elegantly. The Sanctuary at Dellwood Springs is where hospitality and your comfort is an art form in its best performance.
